JAM pineapple and peach with yellow flesh
INGREDIENTS: 4 ounces of pineapple
already cleaned
6 ounces of yellow peaches
350 gr. sugar
pectine 3:1 (I hear the fruit no sugar) 2 tablespoons honey
cinnamon vanilla syrup
cloves crush no more than 5 or 6 caps 3
brandy
Peel fruit, cut into pieces and leave one of the peaches with the skin all over

Sprinkle with lemon juice
Sterilize the jars, boil in water
Put in the pot "witch" and cover it with sugar and pectine, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla
Place over heat and stir constantly

Finally add the brandy pot
