Ingredients for 4:

butter taste

flour taste 5 sprigs of rosemary 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 thick slices of tenderloin
200 ml cream 4 tablespoons sweet mustard

1 / 2 cup cognac or whiskey

pepper 2 drops Tabasco

Preparation:

Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook over low heat a sprig of rosemary along with the previously floured meat (2 minutes per side), remove the rosemary, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, warm the brandy or whiskey in a saucepan, pour over the meat will boil when tilting the pan to the fire, wait until the flame goes off by itself.
