ORANGE MARMALADE




ADORO make jam with the fruit of my garden! This year was a bit 'Misfortune, WHY' THE WIND AND THE TIME IS 'VERY CLEMENTE STATE WITH MY PLANTS IN FLOWER .....

VI POST ANY OF THE RECIPES THAT I DID WITH SOME FRUIT JAM BIO ....

Marmalade INGREDIENTS AND PROCEDURE: Take

oranges, which is at least once a kg clean and wash them well ...
Peel and cut the flesh into pieces and peel in strips, leaving 2 or 3 by
(the most 'beautiful)
Take two or three already set aside and slice with the peel and all
Take one lemon and cut into slices with the peel and all
Take the peel of oranges in strips and put them in boiling water for 5 '
Take a pot and put the orange pulp, the strips of orange and lemon and pour over pectine cameo of 3:1 and 350 gr. sugar and let it foam, stirring constantly
Meanwhile, sterilize jars of Bormioli boil for 5 'in water to cover
