BUNDLES OF POTATO AND BACON BISCUITS




Ingredients for 4 servings: 2 medium potatoes


200 g of bacon slices
150 g of sliced \u200b\u200bEmmental
oil


Preparation

Boil potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes.
Cut the potatoes and wrap each piece in the cheese first and then in bacon (in one direction first, then the other). Place the dumplings in a pan greased with oil and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
