TIRAMISU 'limoncello




Ingredients for 2 servings

For the cream:

4 tablespoons lemon
250 grams of mascarpone

3 egg yolks 100 g sugar


For the tiramisu:

250 grams of strawberries

2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons lemon sponge
4
the juice of half lemon


For the syrup:


150 ml of water 6 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons lemon





Preparation:

Whip the egg yolks with sugar, add the lemon mascarpone and last until a smooth paste; store in refrigerator to make it thicken.
Meanwhile, cut the strawberries into small pieces, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the filtered juice of a lemon.
Prepare the syrup by pouring water into a saucepan, 2 tablespoons sugar, lemon juice and bring to boil, turn off the heat and add the lemon.
Cut the biscuits in half and put them to soak in the wet side making them join the cups, place the mascarpone cream alternating with strawberries which must be clearly visible from the outside of the cup, put in refrigerator to firm up the cream.
Before serving, garnish with a strawberry.
