
Makes about 40 cookies:
180 g flour 120 g
butter 100 g grated parmesan
sesame seeds 1 egg Salt
Preparation:
Mix softened butter with the Parmesan cheese, transfer the mixture onto a work surface, add the flour, a pinch of salt, mix and add the egg and mix again quickly to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Spread the mixture with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5 mm and place it in the fridge for two hours.
