Ingredients for 4:
4 slices of swordfish
extra virgin olive oil to taste
seed oil qb qb
flour 4 medium potatoes
pepper salt
a clove of garlic 4 slices of sliced \u200b\u200bbread
dried thyme to taste
Preparation:
Dice the potatoes and cook for at least 15 minutes in boiling water by adding a clove of garlic, minced in a blender until creamy, add olive oil, pepper, salt.
Dice the bread loaf, place in pan, drizzle with oil, add salt and thyme to sauté until they become crisp.
Cut the swordfish into cubes and coat with flour, heat oil, add the cubes of swordfish, cook for several minutes, drain and dry it in the swordfish on absorbent paper.
Serve:
Place mashed potatoes on a plate, place the cubes above and follow the swordfish cubes of bread.
